摘要
In this lecture, we shall discuss mathematical models on circadian clock and segmentation clock of zebrafish. Represented by systems of ODEs or delay equations, the models are mathematical expressions of the involved gene regulations in the biological these processes. Generation of oscillations in the models is due to some negative feedback loops. Mathematically, Hopf bifurcations theory can be employed to analyze the existence and stability of periodic solutions of the systems.
